This is a plain-language draft pending formal legal review. Where this text and applicable law differ, the law prevails.
The promise in one line
Your inner life is not a product. We collect the minimum, we never sell personal data, and mental-health signals never feed advertising — ours or anyone else's.
What this website collects
The manam.world website works without an account and does not require personal information to read, reflect, or reach helplines. Feelings you select in the on-page reflection moment are not transmitted or stored — they exist only in your browser during your visit. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to send.
What we will never do
Sell or rent personal data. Share individual data with employers. Run third-party advertising or ad-tracking on mental-health contexts. Use guilt-based notifications. Pretend an AI is a human.
Your rights (DPDP Act, 2023)
You have the right to know what personal data we hold, to correct it, to have it erased, and to withdraw consent. Write to sriram@2bhai.tech — a human reads it.
Children
This website's content is intended for general audiences; our programs for young people run through schools and guardians, with consent handled there.
Changes
When the MANAM product (accounts, reflections you choose to save) launches, this policy will be rewritten in the same plain language, reviewed by counsel, and versioned visibly before anything changes in practice.
